Taking a break
Hey all,
Just wanted to let you know I have hit a wall. Yes, Immunity was stalking me and caught up with me! I was feeling horrible, hungry, weak. So I have decided to take at least a 3 or 4 week break, maybe 6. I really want to break this next decade and let the HCG do its job in the manner it was meant to. So I have to follow protocol and let my body rest for awhile. I hit 170 and then went up and down to 172. And so far am holding there. P3, What can I say? Its scary for alot of people, Iam trying to manage it with Proteins, fat and vegetables. So far this week it has been okay. I'll keep you posted on how it goes. I cant wait to get back to P2 and get the rest of this weight off. I wasnt doing myself any good trying to stick with it, have alot of stress going on and then immunity, well whats a girl to do? Follow Dr.Simeons advice! So thats what iam going to do. I'll be back!

take a good long break and enjoy yourself, you only live once right no point trying to kill yourself over this, have some fun and come back to it and enjoy!! :)

The break will do you and your body good. You've done so amazingly well so far - be kind to your body and I know you'll make your goal.
