Rainy Sunday
Hey all,
Had lots of stress in my life the last few days, so havent posted since wednesday. Anyway my last recorded weight here was 172.5. In the last couple days, I had reached 171 lbs.!!!! Was so syked! THEN, I started feeling crampy and pmsy, you know what Iam talking about. Anyway, had sort of a melt down yesterday and ate a piece of chicken fried steak, with pan gravy no less! But yesterdays weight was 172.5 and when I got on the scale this morning it was 172.5. And TOM arrived right after that. So, Could be a combo of water a cheating that bought me that 1.5 lbs. I skipped injection today and we will see what happens tommorrow. Iam gonna fight this! I want outta this decade!!!!!!!! I'll let you know what happens. Ciao,

Hi Sabrina,
I was reading some of your comments and want to pass on something I found helped when I was at a stand still with my weight loss.
I found that I needed to get better sleep and take care of myself that way. Six hours sleep is just NOT enough for me. I need seven or even eight! It reduces the cravings that we battle for sweets or salty no no's. Get my drift?
Hang in there, you will make it. Oh, also, I found that if I forgave myself for snitching on a cracker or a teeny tiny taste of chocolate, I had a weight loss regardless. If I stewed and hung onto the "sin" it showed on the scale. So maybe lighten up a little, be easier on yourself, our brain sends a signal or something to all those fat molecules if we stress over them too much...and they won't let go of US! Remember that.
