HCG Challenge Update

Taking a break

Hey all,

Just wanted to let you know I have hit a wall. Yes, Immunity was stalking me and caught up with me! I was feeling horrible, hungry, weak. So I have decided to take at least a 3 or 4 week break, maybe 6. I really want to break this next decade and let the HCG do its job in the manner it was meant to. So I have to follow protocol and let my body rest for awhile. I hit 170 and then went up and down to 172. And so far am holding there. P3, What can I say? Its scary for alot of people, Iam trying to manage it with Proteins, fat and vegetables. So far this week it has been okay. I'll keep you posted on how it goes. I cant wait to get back to P2 and get the rest of this weight off. I wasnt doing myself any good trying to stick with it, have alot of stress going on and then immunity, well whats a girl to do? Follow Dr.Simeons advice! So thats what iam going to do. I'll be back!

Rainy friday

Hey yall,

Been busy trying to train for a job. I havent posted much due to somewhat of a stall. I've been kinda up and down the last week. Sorta feel like iam holding water, and have been feeling drained and weak and tired. I dunno could be stress from LIFE! I was up on the scale yesterday and down 1/2 pound this morning to 172. Dont know whats going on. Geeze, seems like i've been trying to get that next decade FOREVER. This is a setpoint weight for me though. Iam hanging in there, 2.5 pounds, come on thats all i need! Cross fingers for me. I am cutting out fruit right now, I may go to all protein for a bit to see what happens. Hang in there everyone! I'll be back!

Sunny Tuesday

An update.
I struggled through an 8 day TOM with several pounds gain. Spent the time losing it. Stayed on protocol though. I didnt think it would ever end and I've been way stressed out in my personal life. And am proud I have hung in there. This weight is a set point, but I am hoping to make it past it without to much of a struggle. Iam super busy with life and training for a new job, so I'll try and keep you up. Iam slower than some, but I intend to get there. I made it back to 171 lbs. yesterday and was the same this morning. I dont think I ate enough yesterday, just to tired. So here is the stat...

Rainy Sunday

Hey all,

Had lots of stress in my life the last few days, so havent posted since wednesday. Anyway my last recorded weight here was 172.5. In the last couple days, I had reached 171 lbs.!!!! Was so syked! THEN, I started feeling crampy and pmsy, you know what Iam talking about. Anyway, had sort of a melt down yesterday and ate a piece of chicken fried steak, with pan gravy no less! But yesterdays weight was 172.5 and when I got on the scale this morning it was 172.5. And TOM arrived right after that. So, Could be a combo of water a cheating that bought me that 1.5 lbs. I skipped injection today and we will see what happens tommorrow. Iam gonna fight this! I want outta this decade!!!!!!!! I'll let you know what happens. Ciao,

Cloudy Wednesday

Hey all,

The rain has stopped, Thank goodness I dont live in a flood zone. I had a good day on protocol yesterday, even had trouble eating dinner, so I just ate smaller portions. Got on the scale this morning to another .5 pound down!! Thrilled, only 3 pounds to get to the next decade!

Rainy tuesdays

Still raining here. Dreary. So things are looking up today, stepped on that scale this morning and had a half pound loss. So thats good.
Just took my injections this morning. Iam currently taking 125 IU's, in case anyone is wondering and taking 1 skip day a week, mostly on Sundays.. Just another thought, I have been indulging in Brussel sprouts, for those that dont know, they are not on the list of allowed vegetables. But I love them and sometimes I feel its better to "cheat" this way and not with pizza. Anyway, they dont seem to ever mess with my loss. And thats a good thing. Here's to another day of success on Dr. Simeons!
